We have a laboratory of over 500 m2 equipped with cutting-edge equipment for dimensional, mechanical, metallurgical, accelerated corrosion and calorimetric scanning tests.

We have 3 production lines spread over 7,000 m2 in Italy dedicated to:
- Plastic and rubber injection molding: production of plastic and rubber fastening articles and accessories through 8 fully automated injection molding plants. Annual production capacity of over 1,000 tons
- Sheet metal molding with shearing: production of sheet metal articles and fastening accessories with thicknesses up to 4mm in steel, stainless steel and aluminum thanks to 6 production plants with shearing capacity from 90 to 200 tons
- Production of screws and anchors by cold pressing and rolling: production of steel and stainless steel screws and anchors from wire with a diameter of 3 to 20 mm, by multi-station cold forming and subsequent threading by rolling

The product portfolio in the Tecfi catalog consists of approximately 9,000 references divided into 14 sections, capable of satisfying the different needs of fastening systems both necessary for civil and industrial works, and for professional use. The breadth and transversality of the sections of our Product Catalog represent our notable strength, so much so that many customers choose us as a sole supplier in the fastening systems segment.

Logistics management has always been a strong point of the company, with over 8,000 m2 dedicated to warehouses. We have a storage capacity of over 20,000 pallets capable of managing a 7-month stock for Tecfi production items and over 13 months for those produced by our partners. This management requires high levels of investment by the company, allowing it to guarantee the customer continuous product availability even in situations of strong demand and/or turbulence in the market, with a fulfillment rate in 2023 of 97% of the order lines received. These high levels of performance are completed by effective shipment management, capable of guaranteeing delivery in Italy within 24/48 hours of receiving the order.

Training: the presence in our product catalog of cutting-edge technical solutions in the world of fastening, leads to the need to prepare theoretical and practical technical training sessions for our customers. The training activity is carried out at the Tecfi headquarters or directly at the customers' premises, through theoretical insights into fastening technology and new regulations and through demonstrations of correct installations for the different types of fastening. Furthermore, on our YouTube page we have made available to our customers a channel dedicated to video tutorials that present the technical characteristics, functions of use, and advantages offered by our products.
Site Visits: throughout Italy we provide companies with Engineering support for interventions on the site in order to help the end user in cases of particular technical design and/or construction complexity. The intervention can be requested through the Tecfi sales staff present in the territory or by contacting us at the e-mail address vendite@tecfi.it Calculation software: in the design phase the need may arise to choose and size the fastening system(s). For this purpose we have developed 2 calculation software.

At Tecfi we have a history of quality-focused corporate management standards, evidenced by the fact that we have achieved ISO 9001 certification since 2001. We have developed rigorous procedures related to the production and marketing of company products based on the MQC (Manufacturing Quality Control). These procedures provide for quality control over the entire production chain (from the raw material, to the semi-finished products, to the final product) through the systematic sampling of production batches subjected to strict quality controls in the Tecfi laboratories (dimensional, mechanical, metallurgical, corrosion and calorimetric scanning). Only after passing these controls is the product authorized for marketing. The rigorous quality control procedures, combined with the presence of the bar code (code 128) on all our packaging, guarantee the end customer the timely traceability of the finished product and all its components. The adoption of an MQC management system guarantees our customers that they have a Tecfi product with high quality standards guaranteed over time (the characteristics of the product do not change from one purchase to another). All this is combined with a culture of business development always aimed at maximum environmental responsibility. Having achieved ISO 14001 environmental certification since 2004 demonstrates the extreme attention paid to the use of eco-compatible business processes.
